1. We have not included any removal of existing low voltage wiring. 2. We have not included work to existing fire alarm or security alarm panels. 14.0 Exclusions – The following items are not included in the construction estimate:

General 1. Identification, removal, and disposal of contaminated and/or hazardous materials of any kind. 2. Independent testing and inspections. 3. Owner relocation (moving) costs. 4. Costs associated with phased occupancy. 5. Materials testing (define: soils, steel, pavement, concrete, floor flatness/levelness, removal of hazardous materials, etc.) 6. Builder’s Risk/All Risk insurance premiums and deductibles. 7. Temporary jobsite security/night watchman, temporary security systems. 8. Special insurance (define:__________________). 9. Performance and Payment bonds. 10. Sales taxes. 11. Liquidated, actual, or consequential damages. 12. Additional work required by governing authorities including changes for permit compliance. 13. Weather conditions/environmental stabilization costs. 14. Utility consumption costs during construction for water, gas and electric. 15. Damage control monitoring. 16. Land approvals. 17. Broker and management fees. 18. MBE/WBE/DBE/City residency requirements. 19. Cost for any and all permitting (i.e. foundation, building right of way, street/sidewalk closures, canopies, curb cuts, temporary/permanent drives, environmental, road work, street lighting, utility relocation, office of underground construction, etc.) including costs associated with outsourcing permit reviews and permit expediting. 20. Premium costs for building green, LEED certification, commissioning, programming and consulting costs. 21. Mockups. 22. Condominium surveys/appraisals. 23. Operating engineers for any elevators and/or fees for same, for regular and/or overtime hours. 24. Elevator hoisting charges, including maintenance fees for same. 25. We do not include preparing a final plat of survey. 26. Architectural/Engineering and/or other Consultant fees. 27. Off site costs.

28. Auguring for any service connection. 29. Traffic controls, I.D.O.T. requirements. 30. Impact fees, tap fees, termination fees.

31. Excess utility charges by utility companies or utility shutoff fees. 32. Televising services of new or existing underground installations. 33. Marking/protection of existing utilities. 34. Underground utility vault and/or raised sidewalk protection/repair /restoration. 35. Site specific water detention vaults/structures, etc. 36. We do not include fees/fines associated with the removal of any existing trees if so imposed by the governing authorities. 37. Unsuitable soil/obstruction removal and/or replacement.

38. Landscape furnishings. 39. Seismic requirements. 40. Window testing and performance reviews.
