C. The field superintendant needs to verify ALL delivery trucks and 2 nd and 3 rd tier subcontractors entering and leaving the site associated with the subcontractor in question and give a list of all to the accountant and project manager. D. Accountant is to verify that all of the vendors/sub tier subs appear on the waivers. E. The project manager/accountant is to contact the union on a monthly basis to make sure the sub is in good standing. F. Closely monitor the payment applications to ensure the subcontractor is not getting ahead on the draws. G. Make sure all insurances and bonds are in place. H. Verify that all of the aforementioned items are in place prior to paying the subcontractor.
