be required to attend coordination meetings as required. c) All materials and equipment shall be provided by approved manufacturers listed in the specifications. i. “Equal” manufacturers must not be used unless specifically approved by the project Architect / Owner during bidding. ii. Subcontractor must complete a “Substitution Request Form” to submit any product not listed in the specification nor qualified by Leopardo to the Owner. iii. Subcontractor does not absolve responsibility for product performance, warranty etc. should submittal be approved for any product not listed in the Contract Documents. iv. It is the responsibility of each Subcontractor to provide submittals in a timely fashion so as to not affect the overall Project Schedule. 1. Should schedule be affected as a direct result of Subcontractor not providing submittal in a timely fashion, Subcontractor includes all overtime as necessary to get back onto Contractor’s Project Schedule. d) Closeout documents (as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals etc.) shall be submitted within 10 business days from the Substantial Completion date for each Subcontractor’s work. e) All submittals shall be submitted as PDF’s or other media as approved by Leopardo. f) Provide structural calculations for all structural components or systems requiring engineering. g) Provide large-scale drawings when requested.

Coordination a)

Coordinate with shop drawings of other trades to avoid conflicts. b) Provide details illustrating connection of your work to adjacent construction. c) Subcontractor shall attend coordination meetings when invited.

d) Coordinate the inspection and testing of the work with the Owner and local governing agencies. Provide all work necessary to test the systems according to the Contract Documents and/or as reasonably inferable by normal and customary industry standards. e) Provide jobsite communication capability to allow immediate contact between Leopardo jobsite personnel and subcontrac tor’s jobsite general foreman (e quipment shall be cellular phone.). All work should be bid to accommodate Leopardo project schedule dated 5/1/15. b) Each Subcontractor is to complete their scope of work within or meeting the number of working days (durations) specified in the Project Schedule. Subcontractor shall not exceed the durations listed in the Project Schedule. c) Should Subcontractor take more time than is shown on Leopardo’s schedule: i. Subcontractor includes all necessary overtime / shift work to get back on Leopardo’s schedule. ii. Process may include additional crew, increased work hours, premium time, etc. all of which will be paid by Subcontractor until they are back on Leopardo’s schedule. d) Provide sufficient crew size and sufficient quantity of equipment, tools, and materials to conform to Leopardo’s project schedule. e) Subcontractor includes any premium time or shift work necessary to maintain the construction schedule under normal conditions or due to non-performance by this Subcontractor. f) Subcontractor acknowledges that the construction work day shall be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All others times and days must be coordinated with the job-site superintendent 48 hours prior to starting early or working late. Start date and sequence of the work to be at the direction of the Leopardo superintendent. g) There shall be no work activities performed on Saturday and/or Sunday, unless preapproved and coordinated with Leopardo.
