a) A full-time manager / supervisor and full-time competent safety supervisor shall be present during all work. b) All work under this scope shall comply with proper trade jurisdictions, even if it is necessary to assemble composite crews or subcontract to appropriate trades. c) All sub-subcontractors employed by the Subcontractor shall be responsible to meet all the conditions of this contract, and provide the necessary documentation when requested. d) Include all transporting, loading, unloading, and conveying all materials and manpower. e) Subcontractor is to include all equipment and manpower for craning and hoisting required for own material.
10. Materials and Equipment a)
Properly protect all materials stored on-site. b) Leopardo will not be responsible for damage to stored materials. c) Subcontractor has included not to over-stock the project with material, tools, equipment and etc. d) All shipping, storage, transportation, handling and escalation costs are included.
11. Testing & Compliance a)
Owner shall be responsible to hire an independent testing laboratory to perform tests on building materials and installations. Subcontractor shall be responsible to coordinate the inspection and testing of the work with the Owner and local governing agencies. Subcontractor shall provide all material samples and labor necessary to test the systems according to the contract documents and/or as reasonably inferable by industry standards. b) Subcontractor shall be responsible to coordinate the inspection and testing of the work with the Owner and local governing agencies. c) Maintain all UL, STC, Fire, and structural ratings for all assemblies provided under this contract. d) Ensure that all construction complies with specified fire ratings. e) Subcontractor shall provide all material samples and labor necessary to test the systems according to the contract documents and/or as reasonably inferable by industry standards. f) Subcontractor is to obtain the appropriate sign offs and acceptance from the governing authorities.
12. Cleanup a)
Each Subcontractor shall be responsible for daily, weekly and final clean-up of its Work and the work of its Subordinate Parties as defined herein. The cost of this requirement shall be included in the Subcontractor's Bid Proposal. Subcontractor is required to comply with applicable labor agreements and jurisdictional rules in the hiring of laborers to perform its clean up obligations under the Contract Documents.tion Each Subcontractor will be responsible for control of dust generated by its operations on a daily basis. Roadways must be maintained clear of all debris at all times. Subcontractors shall only use cleaning materials which will not create hazards to health or property and which will not damage surfaces. Only those cleaning materials and methods recommended by the manufacturer of the surface material to be cleaned shall be used. Any sweeping compounds used in cleaning operations shall not leave residue on concrete floor surfaces that may affect installation of finish flooring materials.
b) Leopardo will provide and maintain the job site dumpsters for use as specified below. Each Subcontractor and its Subordinate Parties shall be responsible for daily clean-up, removal and placement in dumpsters of all debris and waste resulting from its operations. No overfilling of dumpsters will be allowed. All adjacent areas are to be kept clean. Subcontractor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner and Leopardo Companies Inc. from claims, damages, suits, costs, or expenses of any kind (including attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of, resulting f rom or in connection with Subcontractor’s misuse of dumpsters furnished by Leopardo Companies Inc. c) Daily Clean Up: Each Subcontractor shall be responsible, DAILY for the clean -up, transport and removal from the site of identifiable debris including but not limited to, bulky debris, packaging,
