containers, unused materials and equipment, (i.e., masonry and concrete materials, drywall, steel, crates, carton, demolition debris, other packaging, and combustible items). No piles of debris shall be left in the building overnight. The cost of any overtime premium required to remove debris immediately at the end of each workday shall be included in the Subcontractor's Base Bid. Each Subcontractor must handle materials in a controlled manner during clean-up and all other operations so that dust and other contaminants resulting from the cleaning or disposal process will not affect the Owner’s operations or equipment or the work or equipment of any other Subcontractor on the site. Each Subcontractor is responsible to leave its Work and work area in a clean condition. This includes, but is not limited to, removal of all grease, dust, dirt, stains, labels, fingerprints and other foreign matter. d) Subcontractor includes dust control (compound for interior trades, water trucks for exterior trades) associated with their work. e) Subcontractor includes the cleaning of public roadways for their work as deemed necessary by Leopardo and/or governing agencies. f) All stored materials should be stored off the ground (on dunnage) and shall remain clean throughout completion of each Subcontractor’s work. Remove all dunnage after material has been used. g) Subcontractor has included daily and weekly cleanup (including but not limited to one’s work area, storage area, shanties, dumpsters and parking lot). h) Subcontractor will incur costs for failing to follow procedures of cleaning up after themselves. i) Leopardo will provide the final construction clean of the building. All costs related to logistics issues and site access, including but not limited to delivery scheduling, trucking permits, interference with public way, street closing permits, overtime deliveries, overtime erection, off-site storage, off-site offices, etc. are the subcontractors responsibility. b) A Service Hoist will be put into service on or about September 1, 2015. See Site Logistics plan for its tentative location at the east side of the south elevation of the building. The hoist and operator will be provided for a normal eight (8) hour / 5 days per week work day on a non dedicated basis. Additional hoist and operator time will be charged to the requesting subcontractor, at $120/hr. regular time, or according to Union Rules outside of regular hours. c) See Logistics Plan. Leopardo will provide (1) 7,000 lbs hoist with approximate inside dimensions of 12’6” deep x 5’ wide x 7’ tall (interior cab height). Bidders should advise Leopardo if the size and/or capacity of the hoist may need to be revised in order to optimize efficiency. d) Hoist Comeback Work – See Logistics Plan – Trades to come back for exterior enclosure and finishes in the hoist bay area. e) Equipment hoisting using the building structure, as the frame, will not be allowed. Any scaffolding required for this Subcontractor will be included under this subcontract. f) Include all hoisting, rigging, and final placement required for all materials and equipment necessary for the proper completion of the work. g) Subcontractor will submit for approval his proposed scheme for the hoisting of all major equipment/materials, including any required shop drawings, sketches, and load distribution diagrams to allo w hoisting activities to be coordinated and approved with other Subcontractor’s field operations. h) Subcontractor includes the cost of cranes, scaffolding, hoisting, flagmen, etc. as required for the proper execution of your work. i) Subcontractor will be allowed to use the material skip hoist during regular working hours for deliveries; however, the deliveries must be scheduled two (2) weeks in advance with the project superintendent, and the Subcontractor will not be allowed sole use of the lift. In addition, all deliveries must be unloaded and brought up to the appropriate floors during regular hours. In the event the Subcontractor runs into overtime work, the Subcontractor agrees to pay the
