j) Leopardo can only provide dedicated use of the material skip hoist to the Subcontractor during overtime hours. Subcontractor agrees to pay the full cost, including premium time. All costs associated with overtime hours will be processed via a deductive change order. k) All deliveries that require the material skip hoist must be made prior to the material skip hoist being removed; otherwise, the Subcontractor will be responsible for providing their own hoisting. l) In the event that the material skip hoist is unavailable or inadequate for the purpose of hoisting the Subcontractor’s material and/or equipment, the Subcontractor shall make his own arrangements for hoisting same at its own expense. m) The project superintendent will maintain a schedule for the man/material hoist. Strict adherence to the schedule is required. Any missed times must be rescheduled by the Subcontractor to the next available time slot, and may result in charges to the Subcontractor if the next available time slot is premium time for the operator, equipment, etc. n) Failure to coordinate time for the use of the man/material hoist shall not relieve the Subcontractor of its overall scheduling requirements. o) The project superintendent reserves the right to refuse use of the man/material hoist without notice, even if the use of the tower crane and/or man/material hoist was properly scheduled with the superintendent. p) Leopardo may require subcontractors to move equipment, materials, and trailers as needed at no additional cost. q) Coordinate all material deliveries and storage with on-site superintendent. r) On-site placement of Subcontractor's equipment or tractor-trailers required for the completion of Subcontractor's work must be carefully coordinated with Leopardo so as not to cause any delays or impede other Subcontractor's operations occurring concurrently. s) Avoid driving on/over the installed Erosion Control measures. t) In the event the subcontractor damages the erosion control, they shall promptly without delay restore the area to its original condition. u) Subcontractor is responsible for safe and efficient traffic control for all trucks and equipment entering, leaving and moving around the site including flagmen, barriers etc. as required. v) Leopardo will provide temporary electrical power and lighting on each floor. w) Subcontractors are to have properly equipped and trained flag personnel on-site for all deliveries to facilitate trucks entering and exiting the site as a result of their work. x) A minimum of (1) existing elevator will be available for subcontractors’ use during normal job site hours starting on approximately 1/1/16. Use of elevator will be on a first come, first served basis. Leopardo retains the right to use the elevator at any time for any reason. If a subcontractor requires the elevator during off hours, they will be required to pay the premium costs. y) Subcontractors performing Work under exposed conditions shall remove snow and ice for the protection and execution of their Work. Keeping public traffic areas and circulation routes free of snow shall be the responsibility of Leopardo. z) A security guard service will not be provided by Leopardo. However, Leopardo intends to utilize security cameras that will be remotely monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. aa) Leopardo intends to set up site offices and conference room in the limo storage garage. This area will be for Leopardo’s use only. There are some existing rooms near the existing engineer’s office on the first floor that would make good site offices and/or lock-ups. These existing rooms may be used by subcontractors only with approval from Leopardo. These rooms may only be used until the demolition work progresses to this area, at which point the rooms must be vacated. Once these rooms are demolished, Leopardo may designate an area in the east parking lot for construction trailers. Placement and scheduled duration will be coordinated by Leopardo. Each Subcontractor is responsible to verify that all field offices, trailers and storage sheds shall be in accordance with the local Fire Marshal having jurisdiction. Each Subcontractor shall arrange
