factory finish painted. Subcontractor shall be responsible to degrease and remove labels from all electrical work. l) Coordinate all permit inspections. Provide reports and other required paperwork as needed to assist CM in obtaining permits. m) All mechanical services shall be coordinated with the concrete construction as follows: All risers shall allow for the tolerances of construction as detailed in the structural drawings and provide proper annular space for firestopping details. n) Include all rigging and hoisting required for the work. Provide additional measures and equipment as needed where access is limited. o) Subcontractor shall submit for approval his proposed scheme for the hoisting of all equipment, including any required shop drawings, sketches and/or load distribution diagrams and calculations verifying adequacy of supporting systems so as to allow erection activities to be coordinated and approved with other subcontractor’s field operations and structural engineer as required. p) All work shall conform to recognized and accepted engineering practices and all methods and procedures shall be approved by the Architect/Engineer prior to commencement of each element of work. q) Subcontractor shall promptly provide all updated Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings to all of their field staff. The field staff shall also maintain a copy of their contract, approved submittals, and a set of coordinated (signed) drawings on-site. r) Subcontractor has included to have all personal protective equipment as it pertains to NFPA 70E. All protective equipment must be kept in a separate gang box labeled as “Personal Prot ective Equipment” and shall remain on - site whenever subcontractor’s employees are on -site. This gang box will be inspected periodically for compliance by Leopardo. s) Supplemental steel beyond what is shown on the structural and architectural drawings as needed to support electrical installations.

Trenching and Excavation

2. Provide the following for all trenching and excavation required to complete your work a) Provide hand excavation/compaction wherever machine excavation/compaction is not possible. b) Provide hand excavation when working in close proximity to existing site utilities. c) Provide compacted granular backfill under all improved, paved areas d) Contact JULIE or other site utility location company prior to commencing work. e) Temporarily support embankments and provide trench boxes as required. f) Haul all excess spoils Off Site. g) Layout for this subcontractor’s work. Provide all engineering and layout by a union Illinois Registered Licensed Surveyor as required for the completion of your work as required. h) Normal Obstructions which can be removed with a backhoe encountered during subcontractors base contract work are to be removed to an appropriate depth completely. Resulting voids shall be and filled with an appropriate backfill material and properly compacted. Normal obstructions are defined as obstructions which can be removed by a back hoe or other machines during the course of work without delay and at no additional cost. Obstruction removal operations which require special machinery breaking equipment will be monitored by an Leopardo representative. Subcontractor shall provide daily work tickets verifying the work has been completed. Tickets are to be signed by to the Leopardo Field Supervisor on a daily basis. Failure to do so will result in nonpayment to subcontractor. i) Subcontractor shall avoid driving on the banks of and/or disturbing the areas surrounding the detention basin after erosion control measures are in place. In the event the subcontractor damages the erosion control blanket etc., they shall promptly and without delay restore the area to its original condition
