p) Subcontractor shall furnish, install and program relay’s at every door that has security to disengage the security system in the event of a fire. Provide final hook up to security control board at each door. See Security drawings for quantities. q) Subcontractor shall furnish, programmed relays for smoke evacuation and stair pressurization. Coordinate with BAS Subcontractor.
Low Voltage Systems

Trade Specific – Telephone Data Systems:
a) Subcontractor acknowledges that the base bid should not include an empty conduit system for security and Tel/Data wiring. The conduit for security and tele-data systems is included in separate bid packages. b) Subcontractor shall provide an alternate (See Bid form Alternate #2) to furnish and install a complete empty raceway for the telephone/data and Security. Please refer to the SEC-series and TC-series drawings, along with Leopardo scope documents for each of these packages. Alternate shall include but not limited to: i. Conduit, sleeves, cable tray and etc. for a complete empty raceway system. ii. This subcontractor shall provide all fire stopping of the raceway to drywall and all sleeves for structured cabling. The structured cabling subcontractor shall fire stop from the inside of the conduit to the wire. Provide all re-penetrable fire seals and etc. for a complete fire stopping caulking/sealing systems. iii. Subcontractor has included furnishing and installing all wire raceways; cable tray’s, re - penetrable raceway’s and etc. for a complete system. iv. Subcontractor has included all furnishing and installing all plywood backing required for the telephone and data systems and as indicated on the contract documents. c) Subcontractor has included to provide power to all locations for TEL/Data, CATV, Security and etc. Coordinate exact requirements with subcontractors. Trade Specific – Audio Visual Systems: a) Subcontractor has included furnishing and installing a complete empty raceway for audio/video system as specified and indicated in the contract documents. b) Furnish and install all FSR boxes for project as specified. Provide all required inserts in FSR boxes to Structured cabling vendor and AV Subcontractors as required. Coordinate with other subcontractors. Trade Specific – Misc. Low Voltage Systems: a) Subcontractor has included furnishing and installing the area of rescue assistance as specified and indicated in the contract documents. b) Subcontractor has included all low voltage wiring for a complete overhead doors and roll up windows including but not limited to key switches, electric eyes, safety bottoms, power and etc. for a complete overhead door installation. c) Subcontractor has included furnishing and installing all low voltage wiring from the generator to the building as required for a complete low voltage system. These items include but not limited to generator status panels, ATS switching, F/A ties, BAS ties and etc. d) Furnish and install all control wiring for motorized partitions, shades, motorized screens
