Contract Agreement – Section 005200
Bonding Requirements – Section 006100 (P/P Bond Required) Insurance Requirements – Section 006200 Steel Bidder must be pre-qualified using steel specific prequalification form by Owner and Leopardo Construction before receipt of bids. All other bidders are to turn in qualification form along with bid. Each Bidder must bid on all Alternates Voluntary Alternates are accepted and encouraged Each Bidder must bid on all unit prices listed in the Bid Proposal that are applicable to the Bid Category Project is Tax Exempt for permanently installed materials only (see Section 007373) Subcontractor must comply with the most current Kane County Prevailing Wage parameters Permits – General Building Permit by Owner, all other permits and fees by subcontractor Successful bidder must become licensed to do work in the City of Aurora ANY EXCEPTIONS OR CLARIFICATIONS OF ANY OF THE BID DOCUMENTS OR BID PROCEDURE CAN RESULT IN A BIDDER BEING DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE.
