Apparent low bidders must attend post bid meeting during which they must provide the following information: Designation of work to be performed by the bidder with own forces List of Subcontractors and major suppliers Manpower and equipment commitments (including that of any subcontractors) Name and resume of superintendent/on-site foreman and project manager Commitments to schedule milestones After completion of the post bid interview process, LCI will provide an award recommendation to the City of Aurora A Notice of Award will be issued after approval from the City Council of Aurora
