A. These meetings should be held daily at a regular time and be kept short. The purpose is to review and discuss the following; i. Scope issues. ii. Possible RFI questions. iii. Review addendums. iv. Review the overall bid schedule. v. Issues being raised by subcontractors. vi. Staff assignments - making sure their being completed on time. vii. Bid strategies – are they changing as a result of market conditions, are their new ones we can take advantage of, etc.
