a. Click dropdown in the “Tentative Release Date” column and sort Oldest to Newest (or A to Z if there is no Oldest to Newest) b. Sort by “Bid Due Date” Oldest to Newest (or column A to Z Oldest to Newest if there is not Oldest to Newest) c. Sort by “Status” column A to Z (or Oldest to Newest if there is not A to Z) 7. After you have sorted the columns per above, the # column should be changed as follows: a. Go to the top of the page and click on the first box under the # column. Make sure that this box has the # 1 in it, if not change it to 1. b. Click the little box located in the lower right corner and drag down to the bottom of the page to the last project. c. In the bottom right corner there will be a box with little blue boxes in it; click on that box. d. Click on the circle next to Fill Series. e. The projects should now be in numerical order from the top of the page to the bottom. 8. Double check all information including current and upcoming dates 9. Save and Print 10. PRINT EVERY FRIDAY BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY AND GIVE TO RORY. 9. HOW TO MAKE LABELS 1. J-Drive  Estimating  Bid Forms  Estimating Job start up labels document  do a find and replace and put in the LCI # and project name. When you print, go into the Print Properties, then Paper Quality tab, then Paper Type and choose Label. You will have to put the label in Tray 1 (located on the upper right side of the printer) face up. Labels are in the upper cabinet to the left of my desk on the left side.

10. COLOR PRINTER The color printer is located in the mailroom: 1. Open the document you want to print 2. Select print 3. Select printer Canon iR-ADV C7270 in 1548 4. Click Properties 5. Color Mode: Auto Color

11. ESTIMATING DEPT MEETING The estimating department meeting is every Tuesday at 8:30. 1. The following documents should be copied for the meeting (10 copies): a. Estimating Schedule b. Estimating Meeting Minutes from the previous week c. Vendor Watch List (go to the Link folder in your Email, move the page break line down, and print).
