f) Any existing construction (utilities, paving, building(s), etc.) necessary for removal to implement the work shall be demolished and removed from site and properly disposed. g) All debris, (including removed trees, stumps and brush) shall be removed from site and properly disposed. h) One (1) recessed truck well shall be excavated to accommodate new concrete work and catch basins. i) Site areas which are to be occupied by the new building or pavement shall be proof- rolled to compact the sub-base to 95% density or determined by Modified proctor Method (ASTM-D-1557/AASHTO T-180). Fill material in areas not occupied by building or pavement shall be compacted for its intended use. j) Provide excavation for installation of three (3) 4,000 gallon and one (1) 10,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks. k) Provide excavation for installation of required cooling tower concrete reservoir sumps ranging in size from 4,000 gallon to 10,000 gallon tanks. l) Prepare site as per professional geo-technical exploration report and required by local ordinances.

2. SITE UTILITIES

2.1. Storm Drainage a) Slope roof areas for water drainage to roof sumps to carry runoff through interior roof conductors to an underground storm drainage system. b) Provide overflows high though the exterior wall or as required by code. c) Contour paved and landscaped areas so as to prevent low spots resulting in standing water (endeavor to provide grass areas with a minimum slope of 1.5%). d) Storm drainage system shall be designed to permit drainage of storm water at an engineered rate into a system of underground storm water management system / detention pond. e) Provide a trench drain at the building entrance with storm connection to the nearest catch basin. f) Storm drainage piping inside the building and above ground will be PVC and/or cast iron (no-hub). g) Storm drainage pipe outside the building will be PVC or reinforced concrete pipe as required by local code. h) Catch basin(s) will be placed in truck well and shall be connected to the storm sewer system. i) Provide ductile or cast iron trench drains at all exterior overhead grade level doors including 10' sections of trench drain with grate and an oil / water interceptor/separator at each location, located at the nearest available point to the trench drains and sanitary system to be determined by the engineer. 2.2. Fuel Storage Tanks / Fuel Lines / Leak Detection a) Provide all forwarding pumps and tank accessories required for a complete installation. b) Design underground flexible double walled fuel lines so that piping may be easily exhumed for repair or addition of additional fuel circuits. c) Provide three (3) 4,000 gallon and one (1) 10,000 gallon underground double walled fuel storage tanks (UST) and piping compliant with all State, Local and Federal requirements including EPA 40 CFR Part 280; Subpart B—UST Systems: Design, Construction, Installation and Notification; § 280.20 Performance standards for new UST systems, including automatic fuel leak detection system, containment leak detection system, spill and overflow prevention. d) Double walled underground tanks and fuel line piping shall be properly designed and

constructed of fiberglass-reinforced plastic and any portion underground that routinely contains petroleum product must be protected from corrosion, in
