accordance with a code of practice developed by a nationally recognized association or independent testing laboratory. e) Provide two (2) 4,000 gallon double walled above ground fuel storage tanks (AST) , automatic leak detection system, containment leak detection, secondary spill containment and piping systems compliant with all State, Local and Federal requirements including EPA 40 CFR Part 112. f) Each fuel tank must be piped to all test cells with appropriate safety valves in pits and test cells. 2.3. Natural Gas Service a) Provide natural gas piping and metering into the site and into the building. b) Relocate RICARDO’s existing exterior mounted 1,900 CFM industrial high pressure natural gas compressor (Model E12DGT Hurricane® Compressor) and provide appropriately sized and designed concrete slab for mounting. c) Provide minimum 10 PSI pressure supply from a 3 inch gas supply line extending from gas utility connection to the high pressure natural gas compressor. d) Provide six inch (6") piped stainless steel fuel lines at 70 PSI to two (2) dynamometer test cells from external high pressure natural gas compressor. e) Provide two inch (2") piped stainless steel fuel lines to four (4) dynamometer test cells from external high pressure natural gas compressor. 2.4. Electrical Service a) Provide all PRIMARY electrical service including conduits, conductors, switchgear, transfer switches, motor control centers, new transformer to accommodate all facility requirements including 480V/3Ph; 480V/1Ph; 208V/1 Ph, 120V/1Ph, 208V/3Ph, 230V/3Ph and other electrical services as required to meet all process equipment and building requirements. b) NOTE: Final sizing of primary transformer feeding a minimum 6,000 Amp Primary Power Switchboard and 3,000 Amp Motor Control Center to be verified during design. c) Provide 3-phase underground primary service brought from a concrete pad-mounted primary transformer. d) Provide incoming electrical service into the building fed by two (2) 4” underground PVC conduits from primary pad mounted transformer, positioned adjacent to the proposed facility. e) Incoming telephone / fiber backbone service shall include two (2) 4” PVC conduit with pull strings installed in accordance with applicable BICSI standards. Extend conduit to terminate in the Server Room. 2.5. Water a) Provide water main and extensions to satisfy the domestic, process and fire protection needs of the facility. b) Provide 8” water main (or sized otherwise as required) and extended on site and into the building from an existing municipal main. c) Provide and place fire hydrants along the incoming main to satisfy code and the fire marshal’s site fire protection requirements. 2.6. Sanitary Sewer a) Provide sanitary sewer system including oil / water separation to accommodate the domestic and process related plumbing needs of the facility. b) Sanitary sewer piping inside of the building shall be PVC and/or cast iron. Underground piping outside the building will be approved piping by local municipality.
