h) Provide plastic laminated closet shelves and chrome metal hanging rods.

10. INTERIOR FINISHES

10.1. Interior Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) a) Provide concrete masonry unit wall assemblies as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix. b) Interior walls of all engine dynamometers and dyno control rooms/areas shall be constructed of reinforced 10" CMU, solid grout filled, designed to accommodate an over-pressure load of 100 pounds per square foot. c) Interior 8” CMU walls shall be provided as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix including areas such as shipping / receiving, gas bottle storage, machine shop, pre- rig station, vehicle workshop and building and shop area toilet / locker rooms. d) Interior masonry walls will consist of standard concrete masonry units having each third course of masonry horizontally reinforced with Dur-O-Wall or similar type masonry reinforcement. Vertical reinforcement shall be at 16”-24” on center. e) All masonry walls will be laid in standard running bond with tooled joints in accordance with all Masonry Institute Standard Practices. f) All masonry shall meet or exceed ASTM Standard Specifications for Masonry Construction. 10.2. Interior Drywall Assemblies a) Provide interior ceiling heights and assemblies as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix. b) Interior partitions of the office areas will be constructed of metal stud framing with 5/8” thick, taped and finished and painted drywall to a level 4 finish. c) Interior partitions of the office areas will be constructed to a height of 6” above the required ceiling heights or to underside of deck as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix. d) Where indicated in the Technical Criteria Matrix, additional sound deadening / attenuation shall be provided with fiberglass sound attenuation batting. e) Restrooms and fire rated rooms as required by code shall have drywall partitions constructed to the steel roof deck or mezzanine deck where applicable. f) Provide up to 200 linear feet of 24” deep finished drywall soffits in various conference rooms. Locations to be determined. g) The interior face of perimeter masonry walls within the office areas will be furred out with 1 ½”metal furring strips and 1 ½” foam board insulation with 5/8” thick taped and finished and painted drywall. h) Provide drywall dust caps for rooms having standard ceiling heights located in high bay areas. i) Suspended drywall ceilings will be provided where required for fire rating and in toilet rooms, locker rooms, main lobby and vestibules. 10.3. Acoustical Ceilings a) Provide 2’-0” x 4’-0” tegular lay-in acoustical ceiling system consisting of 15/16” white “T” grid, hangers, and acoustical panels with high NRC tile at least equal in performance to Armstrong Second Look II in office and other areas as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix. b) Provide ceiling heights as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix. c) Ceiling grids shall be centered in the rooms and sprinkler heads shall be centered in 2’x2’ section of ceiling tiles.

10.4. Resilient Tile a) Any spaces identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix requiring resilient tile flooring

will be finished with a 1/8” thick commercial quality resilient tile flooring as manufactured by Congoleum®; Style CH-12; color as desired by Tenant.
