b) Toilet partitions and urinal shall conform to the State’s Barrier Free Access requirements.
11.2. Toilet Accessories a) Provide the following stainless steel restroom accessories. i. Minimum of 42” high bathroom mirrors, full length of vanity. ii. Grab bar set(s) for each handicap accessible toilet compartment. iii. (1) soap dispenser per sink to dispense over sink bowl. iv. (2) toilet paper dispenser per compartment
v. One fully recessed combination C-fold paper towel / waste receptacle for each restroom. vi. One sanitary napkin dispenser for each woman’s restroom. vii. Shower seat and other accessories required for handicap showers in Locker Room.
12. FURNISHINGS & EQUIPMENT 12.1. Signage
a) Provide (1) exterior illuminated building sign. Sign design to meet city requirements b) Provide (1) exterior illuminated two sided monument sign and masonry sign base at site entry. c) Provide all code required exterior and interior signage.
12.2. Loading Dock Equipment a) Provide (1) semi-automatic 25,000 LB capacity hydraulic dock leveler with integral bumpers as manufactured by Blue Giant® model FHC or equal. b) Provide declined approach recessed truck well with bumper projection or a projected dock as required to avoid building damage. c) Provide (1) dock shelter, Perma-Tech® Model NF-PP4 or equal, tapered to match the angle of the trailer. 12.3. Overhead Crane Systems a) Provide 2-ton motorized overhead bridge crane, rail crane and jib cranes as identified in Technical Criteria Matrix. b) Provide CMAA duty Class “C” Moderate Service crane systems. c) Provide all required crane structure, power, rails, mounting, cabling, hoists and hooks necessary for a complete installation.
12.4. Lockers and Accessories a) Provide men and women lockers / accessories including benches.
b) Provide (12) lockers for the men’s locker room and (12) lockers in the women’s locker room. Lockers shall be 12” wide x 12” deep x 66” tall and made of 16 gauge steel with a steel base and sloped top and includes a latch to accept pad locks. c) Locker color to be selected from standard available manufacturer’s colors. 12.5. Window Treatments a) Provide window treatments for office areas including vertically hung white vinyl blinds Includes 5’-0” tall smooth 22 ga. PVC vertical blinds with self aligning, self lubricating chain/cord operating aluminum track including inside mount installation. 12.6. Kitchen Appliances a) Provide kitchen appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwaves (2). b) Appliances to be Frigidaire Professional Series or equal.
