v. Provide complete system consisting of all equipment, sheet metal ductwork, grilles, registers, diffuser and controls necessary to complete the heating/cooling system. vi. Ceiling mounted diffuser in rooms with acoustical ceilings shall be Titus OMNI steel plaque face diffuser. vii. Supply conditioned air distribution through concentric diffuser in open unobstructed high bay areas or through ductwork. viii. Provide gas fired infra-red heat unit heaters at all overhead doors. ix. Toilet areas will be provided with an air exhaust system to conform to local code requirements. f) Provide a complete Monoxivent® source capture system in the dock area and vehicle workshop for vehicle exhaust including exhaust fan(s), coiled hose reels, telescopic exhaust connectors and all related hardware. g) Provide a complete Monoxivent® 15000 welding fume source capture system including exhaust fan, movable source capture arms, weld proof hose and adjustable suction nozzle. h) Provide dynamometer test cell engine exhaust systems in all test cells as follows: i. Provide a maximum pressure loss of less than 10”wc at maximum rated flow. ii. Provide Celsco® in-line smoke meter and AVL® smoke probe and measuring unit in each test cell. iii. Provide 10” insulated thin-wall stainless steel pipe to roof or side wall mounted silencer / muffler for each test cell. iv. Provide high temperature butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator in each test cell to generate variable exhaust back pressure. i) Provide dynamometer test cell heating and ventilation in all test cells as follows: i. Include outside air louver penthouse, make up air unit, supply damper, motorized supply fan and supply register, exhaust grill, motorized exhaust fan, exhaust damper and exhaust hood; crossover duct with control damper and makeup damper. ii. System shall maintain minimum ventilation in the test cell, control temperature and control test cell pressure. iii. Provide safety “smoke removal mode” for maximum ventilation regardless of test cell temperature. iv. Supply and exhaust dampers ashall have tight seals to prevent air infiltration. v. Provide supplemental electric unit heaters in each test cell for winter heating during periods of shut-down. j) Provide dynamometer combustion air system as follows: i. Provide a conditioned air supply system to serve all dynamometer test cells as manufactured by Tescor® consisting of an air conditioning unit and a pressure control unit with 35% primary and 95% secondary particulate air filters. ii. Provide blower, cooling / dehumidification and electric reheat. iii. Deliver conditioned air to a common pressure controlled air plenum, branch ducting to each test cell (with reheat). iv. In each test cell provide Meriam® laminar flow measuring element or equal, motorized inlet throttling valve and connecting hose. k) Provide Process Venting and Intake Systems i. Provide air supply ducting, stainless steel piping and associated equipment for Dilution Air Intake, Tescor® Dilution Air Supply System, CVS System Exhaust
including “no loss” exhaust discharge ducting and silencer(s)/muffler(s), Exhaust Dilution Tunnel (passivated electro-polished stainless steel) and Engine Exhaust Crossover Piping
