g) Provide each Conference room with four (4) standard duplex wall receptacles and four (2) voice /data wall boxes and empty ¾” conduit stubbed to ceiling plenum areas for data / communications. h) Provide fifteen (15) flush power & data floor boxes for conference / meeting and project rooms. Boxes shall provide for ¾” electrical conduit feed and 1” low voltage conduit. Conduits shall be stubbed to ceiling plenum areas for data/communications. Reception area shall also have 1-power and 1-data flush floor box as described above. i) Provide 120V/20A or 208V/30A circuiting as required for all vending machines, copiers, fax, printers and plotters. j) Provide one (1) 120V/20A quad boxes with pigtailed power in ceiling plenum above each power pole location (within 36” of power pole) per four (4) work stations. Power poles to be provided and installed by RICARDO (if used). k) Provide quad 120V/20A receptacles in the shop/lab area (1 quad per column). l) Provide dedicated 120V/20A isolated ground circuits with no shared neutrals for computer server room and each IDF closet, and 1-120V/20A Isolated Ground circuits with no shared neutrals for each office, conference room and each power feed for workstation cubes. m) Provide high density of convenience 120V/20A outlets in Dynamometer and all shop areas. n) Provide process power in all other areas of the facility as required for proper function as identified in the Technical Criteria Matrix. o) Provide all required 480V power and other required power and distribution for Dynamometer Test Cells and associated equipment including motor control centers, disconnects, switches, boxes and distribution panels. p) Machine Shop power requirements shown in the Technical Criteria Matrix are further clarified as follows: i. 480V/1PH-60A: TIG welder (can share circuit with MIG welder below) ii. 480V/1PH-20A: MIG welder iii. 208V/3PH-20A: Band saw and Mill share one circuit iv. 208V/3PH-20A: Lathe, Drill Press and Welding Fume Exhaust share one circuit v. 208V/1PH-50 A: Arc Welder (dedicated circuit) vi. 120V/1PH-20A: MIG Welder (dedicated circuit) vii. 120V/1PH-20A: Rotary Cut Off Saw (dedicated circuit) viii. 120V/1PH-20A: MIG Welder (dedicated circuit) ix. 120V/1PH-20A: Provide 6 circuits for miscellaneous bench equipment q) Provide empty electrical box and 1” low voltage conduit stubbed to ceiling plenum for all areas identified in Technical Criteria Matrix to receive data drops and as per the low voltage “16.5. Data / Voice Low Voltage” identified herein below. r) Provide pull strings in all empty conduits. 16.4. Miscellaneous Electrical a) Provide power wiring for all building equipment hook-up including HVAC / mechanical equipment, overhead doors, cranes, alarms, electric water coolers, exhaust fans, etc. b) Provide all power wiring, required electrical cables, wall penetration cable glands between test cells and control/equipment rooms, wire, conduits and connections to all process equipment requiring electrical service including dynamometers, variable frequency drives (VFD), machine shop equipment, cooling tower service, air compressor equipment service, power and electrical disconnect for 50HP electric pump motor and other electrical necessary to install an external 1,900 CFM industrial natural gas compressor (Model E12DGT Hurricane® Compressor), source capture systems for vehicle exhaust and welding fumes and all other process equipment.
16.5. Data / Voice Low Voltage a) Provide low voltage VOIP and data communications cabling as follows:
