2. We have broadcast to everyone in our system & have rebroadcast our master fax list. 3. Once again we have reached out to the professional trade organizations listed above to assistance in soliciting bids, to which they’ve once again assisted. 4. Paul has continued to evolve and organize the large amount of data coming in for this effort. 5. Ultimately, after this project we will have a very large Texas database in our system, but it will have to be modified upon our entry into the Dallas & Houston markets. 6. Finally, we are conducting a grassroots/handshaking meet & greet event in San Antonio. 7. The amount of assistance that Segovia-Ramirez can lends us, is to be determined at this time. We will work with them to see if they can truly assist us with solicitation. 8. We also solicited any/all applicable bidders who registered on the FBO website with interest in the project.

North Carolina

1. We built upon the previous efforts on Federal projects in the Southeastern US (Fort Bragg in particular) established by others; this served as our root file for the project. 2. Similar to Texas we have reached out to the following to assist us in reaching their members: a. ABC – Which is having a meeting of their members immediately following our meet & greet in Fayetteville b. ASA of the Carolina’s- Who is posting our ITB not only for our Ft. Bragg MATOC effort, but has also advocated & furnished our information their Georgia counterpart for distribution on the Ft. Benning Blood Donor project. c. Construction Professionals Network of North Carolina d. North Carolina Military Business Center – Scott Higgins provided me with access to this site, in conjunction with Todd Anderlick, we have cultivated an initial relationship with NCMBC. Todd has produced marketing information/copy that is posted to the NCMBC website (which acts as a clearing house for all things military & construction in North Carolina). Furthermore, NCMBC has also assisted with advertising, soliciting and organizing our two (2) meet & greet events in North Carolina next week. 3. We have also incorporated the IAP Bid List into our Master List, however it looks to be a near proximity to our previous established list. 4. We also solicited any/all applicable bidders who registered on the FBO website with interest in the project. 5. We have broadcast to everyone in our system & have rebroadcast our master fax list. 6. A very large amount of data was handled/input into the system. As invitees responded yes or no to bidding, they were added to our overall master list we are establishing in our system, non- responsive solicitations are remaining on our fax list for rebroadcast on the next project.
