(iv) Cancellation: Each of the Subcontractor's Provided Insurance policies must state that the Insurer is to provide Contractor thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation, reduction, or material change in coverage or limits.
(v) Workers Compensation - Waiver of Subrogation: Subcontractor will provide a Waiver of Subrogation endorsement in favor of the Leopardo Insureds which shall apply to provide that subrogation shall be waived against the Leopardo Insureds regarding workers compensation on all Projects to which this Subcontract Master Agreement applies. (vi) Builder’s Risk Insurance - Waiver of Subrogation: Separately each Work Authorization Document will provide regarding Builder's Risk Insurance whether Subcontractor and Contractor will be required to waive rights of subrogation if, under the Prime Agreement, Owner has granted Contractor and Contractor has granted Owner, a waiver of subrogation for damages caused by fire or other perils to the extent covered by Owner’s Builder’s Risk (Property) Insurance (“Covered Damages”). If so, in accordance with all requirements of Paragraph 22(c) of the Conditions to the Subcontract Master Agreement, Subcontractor and Subcontractor’s insurers will waive all rights against Contractor and Owner, including subrogation, for such Covered Damages other than Subcontractor’s rights to the proceeds of such insurance and likewise, Owner and Contractor will waive all rights against Subcontractor, including subrogation, for such Covered Damages other than Owner’s and Contractor’s rights to the proceeds of such insurance. C. Subcontractor's obligation for timely performance is based on the dates provided in the Work Authorization Document(s) and the dates, sequence and duration as established by Contractor's Project Schedule as amended from time to time by Contractor and not by any shorter or di ffering requirements of a particular Project’s Prime Agreement. Subject to the provisions of Article 9 of the Conditions to the Subcontract Master Agreement, Subcontractor agrees to commence and complete Subcontractor's Work in strict accordance with the dates provided in the Work Authorization Document(s) and Contractor's Project Schedule, as amended from time to time, and periodic updates as may be necessary from time to time, including short interval schedules issued by Contractor for performance of the Work. Any Project applicable milestones for Subcontractor's Work are defined in the Work Authorization Document(s).
D. Unit prices and Subcontractor's Schedule of Values, (i) each are set forth and described in the Work Authorization Documents.
(ii) Subcontractor warrants that Subcontractor's Schedule of Values set forth in the Work Authorization Document(s) identifies all subcontractors and suppliers to Subcontractor for Subcontractor's Work, their respective sub-subcontract and purchase order prices and quantities. (iii) All work related to unit prices shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Unit Prices include all labor, material, equipment, taxes, payroll costs, insurance, bonds, overhead, profit, mobilizations and demobilizations, and any other pertinent items. Should Contractor elect to have Subcontractor utilize these unit prices within the preparation of cost proposals in accordance with the Contract Documents, they shall be used for BOTH ADDS and DEDUCTS. (iv) If Subcontractor will self- perform any of Subcontractor’s Work, Subcontractor shall submit in support of Subcontractor’s Schedule of Values, a detailed labor, supervision and overhead cost breakdown by discipline, task and area.
(v) Subcontractor’s Schedule of Values and the unit prices are described in the Work Authorization Document(s).
E. Federal or Federally Funded Projects: If either (a) the Prime Agreement for the particular Project is with an agency of the United States government or (b) the United States both (i) is providing funding and (ii) requiring the use of federal subcontract provisions for that Project, such provisions shall be included in the form of Exhibit D as part of the Work Authorization Document for that Project which then shall be a Subcontract Document for that particular Project.
