In response to your request for bid regarding the above referenced project, we must respectfully decline to respond. We appreciate receiving the request and would ask that you keep Leopardo Companies, Inc. in mind for future project considerations.
Due to our current workload we will not be able to devote the effort to prepare a quality bid proposal at this time. It is always hard to decline a request from a client, but we would rather decline than not be able to completely dedicate the proper resources to the project.
