Riviera Beach Library Faces Delays Construction of the Riviera Beach Library has encountered several unanticipated delays putting the facility’s opening back to early 2024. Currently, the county’s Department of Public works is navigating revisions needed in the drainage requirements, which will necessitate new permits. All noticeable construction activities outside will be halted as this permit is processed, yet progress on the interior construction activities will continue. We understand the inconvenience this has caused to the Pasadena community and your patience is appreciated. Project-related questions can be submitted via email at pwcust00@aacounty.org or by phone at 410-222-7582.
