Chef’s Corner This summer, we’re offering some of the finest Prime Grade cuts available in Western New York— everything from porterhouses and ribeyes to beautifully dry-aged strip steaks. Each cut is carefully sourced for quality and flavor.

What truly sets our steaks apart is the finishing touch: every steak is brushed with my signature foie gras red wine butter. Crafted from Hudson Valley Foie Gras lobes and a deeply reduced red wine, then finished with cold butter, it adds a rich, luxurious depth to the meat—without overpowering the natural flavor. A light sprinkle of finishing salt seals in the perfection just before it reaches your table. Come in this summer and taste what makes our steaks some of the best in the region!
