LSE ESTATES DIVISION AND CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
The LSE was founded in 1895 and has grown to become one of the foremost social science uni- versities in the world. A specialist university with an international intake, LSEs reach extends from its Central London campus to around the world. The School has a cosmopolitan student body, with around 11,600 full time students from 148 countries and staff of just over 3,000, with about 49 per cent drawn from countries outside the UK. In 2021 LSE became the first Carbon Neu - tral verified university in the UK. The LSE Estates Division is responsible for devel- opment and implementation of the LSE Estates Strategy supporting the Schools strategic objec - tives. The Estates Capital Development team has
enjoyed unprecedented success in recent years, with acclaimed major projects gaining Stirling award nominations and the Team winning vari- ous client of the year accolades. The Project Manager will take up the enviable opportunity to lead the delivery of a major new development project for the LSE, with a project budget in excess of £ 100m. You will join at the outset of the construction programme and take the chance to lead what is anticipated to be an award-winning building project through to suc - cessful completion and occupation.
