There have also been numerous rejections, but I have never given up because I believe it’s worth overcoming all the difficulties and working towards my goal.” As Vivian works towards her goal, she sees the incredible impact her efforts are having on her family. “I can help share financial responsibility with my husband,” Vivian says. “I am helping give our children a better education and quality of life, and I’m repaying my parents to ensure they have happy and enjoyable retirement.” And while hew Melaleuca business has enhanced the lives of her family, Vivian is most excited about the impact it is having on those around her. “I have a responsibility to lead my relatives and friends to help those who are seeking sustainable income. And together we can all experience prosperity.” When speaking about her business, Vivian is quick to thank those who have helped her on her Melaleuca journey. “I would like to thank my team for putting their trust in me,” she says. “We work together to lead and help others while also letting more people know about the goodness of Melaleuca. Thank you Mr. Frank VanderSloot for creating this great company which has allowed my family to have a sustainable income during the pandemic. feeling. I love that they are inspired by nature and gentler on the environment. And many of them are highly concentrated, which greatly reduces the amount of plastic used.” When you find products you love this much, recommending them and sharing them with others isn’t work, it’s a real pleasure. To succeed at Melaleuca, it helps to have a strong why—a deep purpose and direction that keeps you committed and focused on the right activities, even on days when it would be easier to stop. For Martyna, her why is crystal clear. “I want to buy a home with a garden where my son can spend his dream childhood,” she says. “I am currently renting an apartment, but I am convinced that this will change in the near future. It’s my biggest goal and a daily motivator for me.” As Martyna has built her Melaleuca business, it has become more than just a source of income, it’s become a network of meaningful connections. She has developed a team of like-minded individuals who are all focused on similar goals. “In this work, I focus mainly on relationships with people and teamwork,” Martyna says. “I firmly believe that it is human relations which are the driving force behind this business. I achieved my Senior Director status in 20 months of consistent work. I am extremely proud of the whole team. This is just the beginning. My entire team and I are committed to Melaleuca’s mission of enhancing the lives of others. I will do my best to make it happen.”

Martyna Bialon began her Melaleuca adventure on October 13th, 2018. She had been looking for a way to earn an income while still staying home and raising her son, and Melaleuca gave her that chance. “As soon as I watched the Overview, I knew Melaleuca was the opportunity I was looking for,” Martyna says. “It would allow me to still participate in my son’s growing up—to be with him when he takes his first steps and speaks his first words. I would get to see his development every day.” This new Senior Director also loves travelling and her independence, and Melaleuca gives her the freedom to fulfill her dreams and develop her interests. But it was more than just the flexible schedule that convinced Martyna that Melaleuca was right for her and her family. She also recognized the products were like nothing else on the market. “I loved them from the very beginning and now I can’t imagine living without them,” she says. “It’s a wonderful

When Vivian was introduced to Melaleuca, she quickly fell in love with the products, but she was hesitant about building a business. “I had no previous work experience,” Vivian explains. “I have been a full-time housewife for more than 10 years. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do the job.” With some help from her enroller Corporate Director 3 Nicoal Chio, Vivian began to share the products she loved with others. “She really encouraged me to share the goodness of Melaleuca,” Vivian says. “It really made me move out of my comfort zone, but I have become much braver by doing it.” As Vivian shared the products, her courage grew into a real excitement. “I am so passionate about Melaleuca products,” she says. “It has not always been easy, but it has been worth it. Besides being a mother, daughter, and wife, I now have a more important role in helping others simply switch stores. There have been shocks, setbacks,
