That means, whatever your age or your level of fitness, the doorways, fixtures, controls etc. are all easy to manage and the homes can be easily adapted if your needs change or stairs become difficult. Each home offers generous living areas, and you’re sure to appreciate the extra space of the external patios and balconies. All the main bedrooms have direct access to bathrooms. Telephone, internet access and satellite TV are standard on all properties. And each home has its own energy-efficient, gas-fired boiler. When you move to Denham Garden Village you need never worry again about external maintenance and repairs. This is all carried out professionally, protecting the property values for all residents. The costs are included in the monthly service and maintenance charges, and these are reviewed annually with the residents.

Support for individual care needs All of our staff members are fully qualified and professionally selected, and the Care team is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We’ll be there to support your highs and your lows. We offer round the clock emergency call response to everyone. But should you need a little extra short-term help or even long-term assistance, we can provide tailored services to make your life more comfortable.

Perhaps you just want some domestic help like ironing, cleaning, shopping or a handy-person*. If you need more personal services, like help with bathing and dressing, we can provide trained staff to assist you. Whatever your needs, our Support and Care team can work with you to develop an individual plan enabling you to live independently in your own home.

How to find us

At Junction 1 of the M40 follow signs for A40 towards Gerrards Cross/Denham. At the roundabout, turn onto the three lane carriageway. Proceed in the right hand lane, and turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto the A412 towards Watford. Continue under the railway bridge and pass the Total Service Station on your left hand side. Take the next turning on the left into Denham Green Lane. Denham Garden Village is about 400 metres on the right.
