2023-2024 Seeds Collection Syngenta Flowers Wholesale

Growth starts here...!

If Covid-19 has taught us anything, it was rediscovering the value and appreciation of flowers and plants. After long periods of lockdown, spring has never been as valuable for so many people—to go out and enjoy the wide variety of colors that Mother Nature has to offer. Enjoying flowers is still the perfect way to invigorate ourselves. Our industry still faces a lot of turmoil, with cost- of-living rising dramatically in many markets. This makes it challenging for some ornamental growers to produce flowers profitably. Inflation puts pressure on consumer purchasing power. And to make things worse, weather extremes continue to have a huge impact on the industry with floods, temperature variations, hurricanes, wildfires, the list goes on. To meet this wide range of challenges head-on, growers seek for robust varieties that deliver, regardless the circumstances. Syngenta Flowers offers best-in-class genetics in germinable seeds. We take pride in our quality standards of seeds delivery to our distributor partners. New additions are bedded into a compelling portfolio year on year to continuously improve the options for growers around the globe. We know growers’ needs and understand the challenges

they face in the various markets. You can rely on us to improve our genetics repeatedly to face these challenges. Take our brand-new Delta Pro pansies series. For more than 25 years, Delta has set the bar in the Viola wittrockiana market. But this was never a reason for our breeders to lay back and rest. In recent years they have been testing and improving several characteristics of the renowned Delta series. Even before competition was able to catch up with the outstanding plant quality of Delta, Syngenta’s breeders focused on creating an even stronger root system, improving the over-all earliness of the entire series. The series is upgraded with precision in uniformity and earliness. We call this characteristic of earliness Programmability. Because 80% of the varieties flower within 5 days of each other. This makes the series truly stand out in the market when it comes to planning with retail partners. With Delta Pro you can deliver what you promise, profitably. I wish you a very successful growing season!

Tophat Begonia x Hybrida

The biggest blooms and fastest finish put Tophat ahead of the pack.

Alexander - Revenchuk, Moscow, Glavtsvettorg LLC.

Tophat is the new vigorous growing Begonia with extra large flowers for landscaping and large containers. • Up to two weeks earlier flowering with larger flowers. • The only series that contains white and a beautiful bi-color, next to scarlet and pink. • Much better branching than competition for faster pot fill.

I grew “Bowler” for the international exhibition “Flowers 2022”. Throughout the growing season, this new interspecific begonia showed a magnificent appearance and unpretentiousness. Plants tolerate low light conditions, they are not afraid of heat and white flowers remain large at high temperatures. Begonias from the “Bowler” series are large, but at the same time compact. The stems are strong, there are many of them, while the plant does not fall apart and keeps its shape perfectly. At the exhibition, we showed begonias in pots with a diameter of 15 cm, and in huge containers. Not a single visitor remained indifferent to this novelty, hundreds of photos were taken!
