I get snippy with I’m overwhelmed and this can come across when I’m busy. I don’t mean to be rude but I know I can come across as defensive.

My colleagues will have the version of me they like and we will get back to working better together. I won’t feel so mean! My stress levels will go down and when I go home at night stop going over thinks as much in my head.
