My personal drive and performance can be inconsistent. Often, I require support from others to get back on track. Communication of my goals and objectives to others can be vague. I can be reluctant to challenge others ideas and ways of working even when the outcome could result in improvements. Or, I can come across as abrupt or uncaring at times when providing my critical view.
I take ownership for knowing how my goals support the wider aims of the organisation and can define my contribution. I share, communicate and set any objectives clearly and regularly. I listens to and take on feedback about how I work and impact others. Likewise I am comfortable giving purposeful feedback in a way that is professional and helpful.
I constantly focus on the priority objectives, while showing initiative and creativity to achieve things quickly and in a better way.
