What did I believe were my strengths in this area, what evidence did I have to back up my beliefs? Be kind to yourself! We all have our plus points. Having an awareness of these develops our self confidence and self esteem. Where did I think I could improve, what evidence did I have to make me think this? Nobody is perfect. Chances are that whatever you put in here is something you have known about for some time – this is your chance to acknowledge it and more importantly do something about it. What difference would it make if I improve this area? Your reasons why. Simply put, what you and every one else gets when to improve your behaviours (your how).

I am good in a crisis and I stay calm when I need to. This has really helped over the last year and I have been called on by my colleagues to help when problems are quite pressing.

I’m consistent across all of Awareness of others. I know I’m a good listener and have shared some ideas with the rest of the team.

I regularly contribute to workplace and keep myself up to date with what ‘s going on.

I can get a bit snippy when I’m overwhelmed and this can come across when I’m busy. I don’t mean to be rude but I know I can come across as a bit defensive.

I know I get side tracked and can procrastinate when I am faced with a job I don’t like – this means that sometimes I have to rush things at the last minute.

I can forget to share operational information that would be good for everyone to know. This has been fed back to e a couple of times

There are a couple of the team who I would work better with if I took the time to get to know them.

I will get more done and not panic at the last minute. Less stress!

Talking more with my colleagues will help me feel more connected – I will feel less isolates and I will be able to provide a more rounded service
