Ridouane Azagrouze est lauréat de l’Ecole Mohammadia des ingénieurs. Il est le DSI de Maroclear, Dépositaire central de titres. En 1995, il a rejoint le ministère de l’Economie et des Finances. En 1999, il est nommé Chef de projet pour la mise en œuvre du réseau d’interconnexion de Maroclear et ses affiliés. Nommé responsable en janvier 2007, il a participé à la refonte des systèmes d’information de 2008 à 2010 et à la réalisation de la triennale Stratégie (2014-2016). Il a aussi dirigé des projets concernant la sécurité de l’information pour la certification ISO 27001. Il a également participé activement en tant que consultant à la mise en œuvre du Système d’information de la Bourse régionale des valeurs mobilières de Libreville (Gabon) de 2006-2008, et d’une solution informatique à la Banque centrale des États de l’Afrique de l’Ouest en 2014. Ridouane Azagrouze est membre de plusieurs comités (AELP, GIMAF, AMEDA...) sur le continent.

In 1995, he joined the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In 1999, he was appointed as Project Manager for the implementation of the Maroclear interconnection network and its affiliates. He was appointed to his current position in January 2007, he participated in the redesign of information systems from 2008 to 2010 and in the realization of the triennial Strategy (2014- 2016). He has also led information security projects for ISO 27001 certification. He also actively participated as a consultant in the implementation of the Information System of the Regional Stock Exchange of Libreville (Gabon) from 2006-2008, and an IT solution at the Central Bank of the States of the West Africa in 2014. Ridouane Azagrouze is a member of several committees (AELP, GIMAF, AMEDA ...) on the continent.
