Layla Lakfifi est ingénieur de formation. Elle est responsable du Département Organisation et Transformation digitale récemment créé au sein de Bank Al-Maghrib pour gérer les questions relatives à l’organisation et au pilotage de la transformation digitale de la Banque centrale. Layla Lakfifi a plus de 20 années d’expérience, dont 15 à la Banque centrale durant lesquelles elle a occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilité dans les systèmes d’information et l’organisation et a piloté de grands projets de transformation au sein de la banque.
Layla Lakfifi is head of the Organization and Digital Transformation Department recently created within Bank Al-Maghrib to deal with questions relating to the organization and management of the digital transformation of the Central Bank. Ms. Lakfifi is an engineer by training. She has more than 20 years of experience, including 15 at the Central Bank during which she held several positions in the information systems and organization and led major transformation projects within the bank.
