Understanding how Oklahoma City works—and where business leaders can make an impact—is key to helping the region continue its momentum. The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and Leadership Oklahoma City are partnering once again to offer OKConnect, an exclusive orientation program designed to introduce executives to the people, organizations and initiatives shaping the community. Geared toward top-level executives, senior managers, newcomers to the region and professionals taking on new or expanded leadership roles, OKConnect provides participants with a behind-the-scenes look at Oklahoma City’s history, growth and future through four interactive sessions. Throughout the program, participants will gain insight into the city’s evolution, explore the partnerships OKCONNECT HELPS BUSINESS LEADERS BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
driving economic growth and learn how they can become more engaged in civic and community leadership. The program also offers opportunities to build relationships with fellow business leaders and community stakeholders. The program is co-chaired by Brooke Haneborg, director of business development at Manhattan Construction, and Dr. Quintin Hughes, executive director of Northeast Oklahoma City Renaissance. Participation is limited to 60 individuals, allowing for meaningful discussion and networking throughout the program.
