Wellness All care colleagues employed by Anchor are given ongoing training and are encouraged to complete NVQ qualifications and a range of in- house courses to ensure the best possible care. We provide high quality support for our residents through personally tailored care. All of our colleagues are trained and supported by Anchor’s dedicated dementia team to ensure residents feel valued and able to live life as they wish.
Local Area West Hall is located in the Surrey greenbelt with the high streets of Weybridge, Cobham and West Byfleet just a short bus ride away. There are also excellent local rail links into the heart of London. West Hall also has its own transport so that our residents can go shopping or out to visit local attractions such as the beautiful RHS Gardens at Wisley, Painshill Park, Brooklands Museum and many more. Dining Experience At West Hall we make the most of mealtimes. Anchor has won national recognition for the quality of its food and catering service. All our menus recognise seasonality and locality. West Hall offers freshly cooked wholesome and nutritionally balanced food with a different choice every day. We get to know our resident’s likes and dislikes and cater for any special dietary requirements. West Hall’s food promise ensures all our menus are fresh, appetising and served with a smile. Our Oak, Maple and Birch residences each have communal dining rooms, where meals are served. In addition, the bedrooms have a small dining area if people prefer to dine in their rooms. The bistro in the Manor House is a delightful dining experience for everyone, ideal for get-togethers with other residents and guests. For bespoke dining, the private Redwood Suite is a lovely, intimate dining room available for use for birthday parties and family celebrations.
