Where do you see us now? Discuss the values-based behaviours in terms of how well you see these being demonstrated on a day-to- day basis on a scale of 1 -10, (1 being poorly demonstrated and 10 being effectively demonstrated) and your thoughts behind this. Consider: • as a team which values-based behaviour you feel you could improve on the most and why • the impact that the lack of this values-based behaviour being demonstrated is having on you, your team and your customers (either our residents or other internal teams)
