JUDGING ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Judges will look for a reasonable representation of Tasmanian, national and international wines WINE LIST CRITERIA • Wines by the bottle and glass available • Original and innovative wine options available with some mature wines from vintages • Suitability to cuisine style and image of venue • Wine list design and format • Wine list description and presentation • Layout of wine menu is clear concise and easily navigated

• Entrance, foyer and pathways clear of items that may restrict easy access • Wheelchair accessible entrance • Easy to navigate the environment • Facilities within the venue such as gaming, outdoor space, ATM etc, easy to access • Reservation process allow request for needs such as wheelchair access, quiet spot to dine, etc • Staff trained to assist with access requirements • Staff ability to understand different ways to communicate with people with a disability • Wheelchair accessible bathroom • Amenities within the bathroom such a paper towel, soap and bin easily accessible • Menu available in different formats (screen reader, larger font, braille) • Safety and evacuation information available in accessible formats

This category recognises an employee who has been in the industry for less than 5 years
