By the end of the activity, you will have had the opportunity to think about: • What good and poor behaviours looks like • The impact of our non-verbal behaviours on others • What is beyond our behaviours Our values-based behaviours in practice Here is an example of what honest looks like under self-awareness when it is being demonstrated both poorly and well.
Honest Accepts own mistakes and acts to learn from them
Often makes mistakes but doesn’t own up. Can come across as in denial and doesn’t recognise the need for self development.
