Silk Mill Apartments sold for $3,450,000 and Elm View Apartments sold for $1,900,000. Silk Mill Apartments has 42 units and Elm View has 32 units. Both were fully occupied at the time of closing. Silk Mill sold for 7.5% Cap Rate and Elm View sold for an 8.5% cap rate. Greg Ellis, CCIM, represented the seller, 913 Market, LLC, in the sale of a 12-story, 71,752 sq. ft. office building located at 913 N Market Street in Wilmington, DE. The building sold for $1.1 million. Ellis was the only broker involved in the sale.
