DESCRIPTION In close conjunction with developer Conifer Realty LLC, Stout & Caldwell Engineers provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the new Riverfront Village housing community in Pennsauken, NJ. Located on more than 9.0 acres, the 75-unit “transit village” is an apartment complex consisting of seven (7) 3-story buildings plus a centrally-located Clubhouse. The mix of apartments and townhouses target working families and a percentage are set aside for veteran housing. Stout & Caldwell worked hand in hand with the traffic engineering firm, Shropshire Associates LLC, and Kitchen & Associates Architectural to complete this rewarding project.
