LaMaina of Equipment Marketers assist Ole Laundromat First Primus Laundry store debuts in Mid-Atlantic Region

ketplace. Owned by partners Bernie DiConstantino and George Gautreaux, this is the second laundry that the pair has opened in Allentown in less than a year. “I chose to open a laun- dromat business because I considered it a perfect investment for its benefits of flexibility, independence and recession resistance,” DiConstantino said. “It’s a business where I don’t have to manage a lot of employees. To me there’s no business right now like the laundro-

mat business,” she added. The partners also wanted to bring something new to the market, and that’s where Primus and its dis- tributor, Equipment Mar- keters , came to the fore- front. They saw Primus as a brand that had built a reputation outside North America as an innovator, with exceptionally reliable washers and dryers. That was their experience with the few machines the tested in their first store. “We were very happy with

the performance of the ma- chines, especially the 200 G-force final wash spin, the largest door openings in the marketplace and being able to program EcoWash cycles to compete against cheaper dollar days that other laun- dries implement,” DiCon- stantino said, adding that this experience led them to equip their second store with only Primus machines. DiConstantino said work- ing with Equipment Market- ers was an easy decision be- cause of the range of services

they offer, including store layout, installation, expert service, and an extensive parts department. Dick LaMaina , president of Equipment Marketers, was proud to assist with Ole Laundromat, featuring Primus equipment. “We have been helping people like Bernie and George in the laundry business for decades. Our job is easier when we have a great brand of equipment like Primus Commercial Laundry with which to work,” he said. n

Patterson-Woods Commercial Props./CORFAC Int’l. represents El Diablo Burritos in Fourth DE Lease Wilmington, DE — Patterson-Woods Commer- cial Properties/CORFAC International principal, Jo- seph Latina , represented El Diablo Burritos, a Delaware- based fast-casual Mexican restaurant, in the lease of their fourth location at 5329 Limestone Rd. in Pike Creek, DE. They occupy a 1,900 s/f retail space, formerly a Berri Yummi, in the Shops at Lime- stone Hills. Latina, a retail and invest- ment specialist with an em- phasis in food and beverage, has been the tenant broker for El Diablo since they opened their North Wilmington store in Branmar Plaza, and more recently their store on New- ark’s Main Street. Their flag- ship store in Trolley Square opened in 2010. “It was a pleasure to work with Dean and his team on their newest location. Their ‘hands on’ approach and at- tention to detail and the cus- tomer experience is the key to their continued success and growth,” said Latina. El Diablo offers tacos, que- sadillas, salads, burritos and bowls along with a variety of unique toppings and sides. They also provide catering. Their decision to expand was prompted by the popular- ity of fast-casual Mexican restaurants, their proven model in target markets, and their well-known brand. “We are very happy to open our fourth location in Pike Creek, Delaware, and are looking forward to continued, sustain- able growth in the future,” said Dean Vilone, owner and founder. n
