LYMOUTH MEET- ING, PA — Less than a year after breaking ground at Oak Tree Plaza in Egg Harbor Twp., Wolfson Group, Inc., a regional real estate development and prop- erty management company announced that the Walmart Supercenter at this new re- gional shopping center is open for business. Walmart created more than 350 jobs before wel- coming shoppers on July 19, 2017. Anchoring the shopping center, the new Walmart oc- cupies 188,463 s/f at Oak Tree Plaza. Adjacent to Walmart, an aggregate 35,200 s/f is under construction for Petco, Planet Fitness, and KicksUSA. Smaller store space for Star- bucks, Sally Beauty, T-Mobile, and Coco Nails, plus Chick-fil- A, are also in the construction phase. These retailers expect to open in the first quarter of 2018, while Wolfson Group plans to announce additional tenants, including a national sit-down restaurant, in the near future. Oak Tree Plaza is ideally located at the busy intersec- tions of Black Horse Pike, Fire Road and Old Egg Harbor Road, with signal access and visibility to more than 48,000 vehicles per day. For both area residents and the robust seasonal traffic that traverses the center’s boundary roads, Oak Tree Plaza offers conve- nient access to value-driven retailers in a clean and safe Heidenberg Props. Group announces Planet Fitness lease at Mt. Pocono Plaza MT. POCONO, PA — Heidenberg Properties Group , owner of the 203,000 s/f Mt. Pocono Plaza in Mt. Pocono has executed a lease for a 17,500 s/f fitness center with Planet Fitness. The space being leased by Planet Fitness was previous- ly occupied by an 86,000 s/f Kmart. Despite the loss of this anchor tenant two years ago, the tenants at Mt.
