Cafiero and Sgambati se- cured and represented the buyer, a private investor. The regional manager, and broker, assisted in closing this trans- action. Burger King is located at 818 W. Wolfe St. in Sullivan, IN. BAYONNE, NJ —Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 5,600 s/f retail property located at 563-567 Broadway, Bayonne for $1.075 million. The property closed at a record number for $192 psf. Fahri Ozturk and Tyler Van Wagoner , investment sales specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Fahri and Tyler also secured and rep- resented the buyer, a private investor. “Broadway has seen a flurry of activity from outside capital seeking investments in a thriving market. The subject property is positioned to benefit from the abundance of new de- velopment and projects coming to Bayonne, specifically along Broadway”, Fahri Ozturk said in a prepared statement. The subject property was ideally located at the corner of 26th St. and Broadway. The building was occupied by a single tenant who recently renewed their lease to remain in the building. This deal marks The Ozturk Group’s 28th transaction total- ing over $65 million since 2015. Furthermore, the deal marks the group’s 4th transaction along Broadway in the past year. n
