proved earlier this year. This assignment illustrates the firm’s broad scope of interrelat- ed, value-add retail services, according to Joseph Lowry , LMC’s senior vice-president of leasing and acquisitions. “LMC has extensive experi- ence and a proven track record for successfully tenanting new shopping center space,” he said. “The Morris Avenue prop- erty’s ownership recognizes the value our company brings to this type of management- intensive assignment. We look forward to revitalizing and leasing this commercial prop-
erty, which formerly housed an auto repair shop and several small, non-retail businesses.” DELRAN, NJ — Wire- less voice and data commu- nications services provider T-Mobile continues to expand its retail presence in key mar- kets across the United States, including the lease of 1,900 s/f at Hartford Corners in Delran. Commercial real estate ser- vices firm Levin Management Corporation serves as manag- ing and leasing agent for the 215,000 s/f Burlington County shopping center. LMC senior leasing rep- resentative Andrea Kyri- acou arranged the lease; Gabe Amzallag of MSC Retail represented the ten- ant. “T-Mobile is growing its nationwide retail footprint at a rapid pace,” said Kyriacou. “Hartford Corners’ desirable tenant mix – including a high- performing ShopRite, and a host of household-name retailers and service provid- ers – attracted this tenant. We are pleased to add another national brand to Hartford Corners, and are confident T- Mobile will provide a valuable service for local consumers.” WOODBRIDGE, NJ — House of Wine & Liquor has signed a lease for 5,500 s/f at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge. Richard & Son, T.J.Maxx, PetSmart and Pier 1 Imports, St. Georges Crossing also includes AutoZone, among others. n
