Get into the spirit of the Paralympics and commit to 10,000 steps per day during the month of September – walk, swim, dance, wheel, run … any way you like – and fundraise to support people with cerebral palsy. If you’re not keen on breaking out your sneakers, there’s more than 40 different activities you can choose from to count toward your step count in the STEPtember Activity Converter

JOINING IS SIMPLE & FREE: 1. Go to https://www.steptember.org.au/join-northernsydneylhd OR use the QR code on the poster and register as a team captain. Invite three friends – they’ll get an email to join your team. Family & friends can be a part of your team. An NSLHD employee needs to be the Team Captain. 2. If you’ve got an invite already, that’s great. Just accept it and you’ll be in that team! 3. Download the STEPtember App and you’re all set! Note: If you registered solo, no worries! Just search for NSLHD on the STEPtember website, go to our organisation’s fundraising page, and hit 'JOIN' to connect with us.

SAVE THE DATE: NSLHD Spring into STEPtember Roadshow Week The Health & Wellbeing team as well as representatives from AwareSuper, Fitness Passport and Smart Salary Plus will visit us on Friday 30 Aug 2024 (9-11am) at the front entrance foyer to get the last rush of STEPtember staff sign ups. There will be merchandise & goodies available for staff.
