BID PROPOSAL NO. 1102 LEAD ABATEMENT AND PAINTING – VAC ANNEX – ALLEGHENY CAMPUS BASE BID #1 – Lead Abatement Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision required to to scrape and/or remove all loose paint to prep the surfaces for follow up painting. Two containments will need erected at two separate times to accommodate the building tenants. Also to provide documentation showing the proper disposal of removed material.
Provide clearance air monitoring.
Spot prime areas as needed where heavy scraping was performed to allow new paint to be applied in Base Bid 2.
