"My knee is much stronger and I am very close to being pain free." "I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right knee in early January. When I first came to OBTS I was in quite a bit of pain and had significant stiffness. My Therapy has consisted of muscle massage around my knee, stretching and strengthening exercises ice and e-stim. The routine became more intense as time went on, but it's made a real difference. My knee is much stronger and I am very close to being pain free. The entire staff is very kind and professional.
