Back to the Bible Broadcast, by its very name, expresses the vision and core o f its 22-year-old ministry. This concentrated teaching o f the W o rd is aimed at bringing people into a right relationship with God through Christ. The ultimate goal is to guide individuals into a personal study and applica- tion of the Word . Back to the Bible Broadcast has grown steadily, both in scope and outreach, since Theodore H. Epp, director, started the daily radio program in 1939. Today Back to the Bible Broadcast is a world' wide ministry through radio, missions, literature, and a Bible correspondence school. 120,000 “ Back to the Bible” broadcasts are heard world-wide annually! More than 28,000 are missionary radio broadcasts heard overseas in 82 countries; five languages are used. 92,000 broadcasts are reaching North Americans. The missionary agency channels funds to some 36 mission boards for literature, equipment, and sup­ port of more than 300 missionaries. &■ /% million pieces of literature were distributed in English alone last year. Christian literature and Bible correspond­ ence courses are used extensively in a vast radio follow-up program. North American listeners are served through offices at Lincoln, Nebraska and Winnipeg, Mani­ toba. Overseas offices located in seven strategic areas are serving radio listeners in other parts o f the world.
