CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS

Operation and Maintenance Data (See section 260500).
B. Software and Firmware Operational Documentation: Provide software and firmware operational documentation including the following: 1. Software operating and upgrade manuals. 2. Names, versions, and website addresses for locations of installed software. 3. Device address list. 4. Printout of software application and graphic screens. 5. Testing and adjusting of panic and emergency power features. 6. For lighting controls, include the following: a. Operation of adjustable zone controls. C. Software: 1. Program Software Backup: Provide username and password for approved online or cloud solution and USB media that is clearly and permanently labeled with attached placard on lanyard to prevent misplacement. 2. Provide to Owner upgrades and unrestricted licenses for installed and backup software, including operating systems and programming tools required for operation and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS
A. Welder: Installer possessing active qualifications with training and certification in accordance with AWS D1.1/D1.1M and AWS D1.2/D1.2M. B. Power-Limited Electrical Testing Agency: Entity possessing active credentials from a qualified electrical testing laboratory recognized by authorities having jurisdiction. 1. On-site power-limited testing supervisor must have BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification and documented training and experience with testing power-limited equipment in accordance with NETA testing standards.

FIELD CONDITIONS
A. Service Conditions for Electrical Power Equipment: Specified electrical power equipment must be suitable for operation under service conditions specified as usual service conditions in applicable NEMA PB series, IEEE C37 series, and IEEE C57 series standards.
