GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
A. This Contractor shall expedite the work for a specific area, section or part of the Project to make provision for, or protect equipment or to permit the installation of another part of the work. B. All materials and equipment supplied by this Contractor shall be new, of the best of their respective kinds, without imperfections and blemishes, and shall be protected from the elements prior to installation. C. All conduits, wire, cable, wiring devices and equipment shall be installed in such a manner as to preserve access to any existing equipment or to any new equipment installed under this specification or under other specifications or contracts for this Project and with sufficient space provided for proper operation and maintenance. D. The drawings are generally indicative of the work to be installed but do not indicate all bends, fittings, boxes, etc., which may be required. In cases of interference, conflicts, or fouling results, the Engineer shall decide which work is to be relocated, regardless of which was installed first. Such relocation shall be at no additional expense to the Owner. F. All materials and equipment installed by the Contractor shall be firmly supported and secured to the building structure/construction as required. G. Scaffolding with ladders shall be furnished and erected, where required for the proper installation of wiring, equipment and fixtures.
