1. Ceiling-mounted hangers, supports, cable trays, and raceways must be finished, painted, or suitably marked safety yellow where less than 7.7 ft (2.3 m) above finished floor. C. A. Raceways and Cables Carrying Circuits at 1000 V or Less: 1. White engraved circular plat 2"-dia. With 1/8" stainless cable around conduit showing source and load I.D. Match existing product. 2. Black letters on orange field. 3. Legend: Indicate voltage and system. B. Color-Coding for Phase- and Voltage-Level Identification, 1000 V or Less: Use colors listed below for ungrounded feeder and branch-circuit conductors. 1. Color must be factory applied or field applied for sizes larger than 8 AWG if authorities having jurisdiction permit. 2. Colors for 208Y/120 V Circuits: a. Phase A: Black. b. Phase B: Red. c.
